$885 - individual; or $1230 - couple

Complete Living Trust Package**
$1650 - individual; or $2000 - couple
Includes: 1) Certification of Trust; 2) Living Trust Agreement; 3) Last Will and Testament; 4) Living Will; 5) Durable Power of Attorney; 6) Warranty Deed for Your Personal Residence; and 7) Affidavit Regarding Resident of Trust
** Additional fees may be required: 1) if you own real estate outside of Idaho; or 2) if you own more than one piece of property in Idaho the additional fee for each deed is $150, plus $15 to $30 for recording fees.
Trust and Will Reviews
$275 - If you need to have your old or out-of-state Trust or Will reviewed to be certain that they comply with current or Idaho law.
Trust and Will Amendments
$275 - If you need to amend a portion of your Trust for any reason.
$895 - If for any reason you wish to simplify and restate your entire Trust agreement instead of an Amendment.
Starting at $2,500 (informal probate) - All inclusive, so long as the heirs and family members are not in a dispute and unexpected creditor claims do not come up. Cost includes the court's filing fees, the cost to publish the Notice to Creditors, and the cost to prepare and record any deeds needed to move real estate to the proper heirs.
